Attribution windows (or look-back windows) are used to represent how many days after a touchpoint occurs that the attribution engine will still consider it attributable. For example, if a user clicks on your tracker with a 7-day attribution window they would need to convert within the next 7 days or they would be counted as an unattributed user.
Gamesight provides two different attribution windows that are configurable on a per-Tracker basis.
- Click-through Attribution Window - Defaults to 14 days. The number of days after a click occurs where it will be included in consideration for attribution.
- View-through Attribution Window - Defaults to 24 hours. The number of days after an impression occurs where it will be included in consideration for attribution.
